Talk about your organization . . . not the benefits to their organization. (Thanks for wasting my time.)
Fill the screen with words, then read them to the audience. (5th grade again!)
Tell them you are great instead of showing them great things. (Good storytelling keeps people engaged in your message.)
Wait to reach your point. (Unless you don’t have a point to make.)
